Yesterday i was talking to some friends as what kind of present we could give to our colleague who is going to have a baby mid January 2010. The thing that bores me a bit, is that all the presents are the same.
Giving clothes, furniture,... I think every single parent got this for their child's birth. What i am trying to do here, is to provide my collegue with not only a great cash voucher to buy lovely stuff for their baby, but also that they know that everyone that participated in this (meaning all the people that chipped in from over the whole world) is saying congratulations to them and wishing them the best.
What makes this occasion so special is that 1 year ago she was also expecting a baby but sadly the baby passed away at birth. As you can understand this was really dreadful for the both of them. Now they regained their joy and awaiting the arrival of their baby boy.
That is why i am making this blog. To ask each and every one of you to make a small donation so in January, 28th to be exact we can provide them with this wonderful, unforgettable gift.
